Launched at the end of 2014, Nick features in The Great British Cookbook which is being sold online in aid of Macmillan and Hospitality Action. Nick is one of 200 chefs appearing in the book, and he showcases a Clear Heirloom Tomato Soup with Vegetable Diamonds and Smoke Oil – a truly spectacular soup recipe.
The Great British Cookbook aims to celebrate our very diverse culture, uncovering extraordinary dishes served up in the 100s of restaurants, hotels and pubs across Britain. You can download it at www.thegreatbritishcookbook.co.uk and all the profits raised go to the two charities.
